  very poor service and bad quality fish, spent a lot of money on many fish that I bought following the staff advice, but the fish did not last for more than couple of days! checked the water by the shop and have been told all is good, but still got dead fish on daily basis, and they told me bluntly so bad we can do nothing for you! cheap stuff! rip off..stay away from that shop, and yes totally agree with the guys who mentioned the dead fish in tanks, you can expect some dead but not that much and you see in every visit to the shop!

  Great service. Not pushy or in your face. Experienced and down to earth. Hold large variety of aquariums and fish species. All in healthy condition. Fair price. Recommended over other 'posh' pet stores in the area.

  Went there to get two goldfish as i was a starter. When i went to the counter there was a asian looking girl sitting down nearby. The guy who took out the fish for me and that girl were laughing at me for buying a pair of goldfish. I heard the girl saying to guy 'people still exists buying these goldfish". Wanted to turn around and slap over her but then went off there. Terrible and disrespectful customer service. Guy hardly wanted to explain anything. Lazy butts sitting around! Never going back again.

  Have been dealing with William from day one and he is very helpful whenever I drop in. Would love to see more odd balls in the live stock area.

  I go there for almost all my stuff awesome range,good prices,active staff and whatever they don't have there's a good chance they can get it for you
