  It's an okay cinema at the top floor of the west point shopping centre, the prices are okay but the cinema it's self is nothing to write home about. The staff were friendly but want you out as soon as the credits start to roll.

  The seats are some what comfortable and it's right above a shopping centre so there is plenty of places to eat after a movie.

  Wants customer service go to another cinema. Want to know what's on now or soon? Want to know what a movie is about? Want to know what the full title of a movie is?? Well don't go to hoyts. Pathetic website and cinema counter info. Then was asked if I wanted a rewards card.... Which YOU pay for... Yeah whatever...

  Definitely won't be coming back here again.. Not until they can match the same standard as other competitors, such as Event Cinemas.

  To summarise, it's a normal cinema with okay-ish prices, but the cinema is used and a little tired, if you want to see a movie this should be okay.

  Good for kids, including wheelchair accessible entrance and payment methods such as credit card.

  Possibly the worst cinema in all NSW. From the terrible experience we had with the extremely unhelpful and rude staff to the filthy seats, this is one movie experience I don't want to relive.

  Extremely overpriced compared to other cinemas out there! You'll end up paying 70% more for absolutely no reason!
