  Horrible customer service, especially it you're served by the old ladies. Don't smile and treat you like you're stupid even when they're in the wrong.

  Very poor customer service. The response from staff and managers seems to be very thugish. No politness. Staff here needs to be re trained in customer service. No wonder people are moving away from the Woolworths brand. You need to review on how a customer should be served.

  Great staff. Very helpful. They called nearly 10 different stores to find us what they didnt have in stock. Thanks for the good service

  I pre ordered some helium balloons a couple of weeks ago for pick up at 0900am on Friday 1st Sept. I did this a couple of weeks before the date because I know I had a busy day. I told the attendee that I may arrive just before 9, and she assured me that someone would be available to blow up the balloons. However, when I arrived at Big W Blacktown at 845am, nobody knew how to do it. A couple of staff members attempted to figure it out, but I was told that there was nobody until 10am that could do it. I was ropable and had to leave as I didn't have time to wait around. I was offered a refund and a box of chocolates, but that's not good enough. Why does big W even have the party section if nobody can service that section? I did the right thing and pre arranged & paid for the balloons but Big W did not deliver. Whatever you do, avoid booking anything in the party section to avoid dissappointment on your special occasion

  I go to this store almost every time I am at Blacktown and the staff are almost always nice and helpful.
