  Was a good experience with the showroom altogether. Had some hiccups in delivery but that was quickly sorted out by Sales Person “Ye Chan”. Even the finance team was being very cooperative. I am enjoying my new CR-V. Hoping for a good after sales service too.

  I bought the brand new 2017 Odyssey VTI-L last week with some accessories. But, I was not satisfied very much they hadn't given full information of the Accessories. Even though they doesn't have any brochure about this. Just showed me few things on the web pages. I was obliged to choose some.

  When I picked the car last Friday, they said the tow bar and luggage area mat weren't available. The reason was that the Honda stopped making anymore. I shocked why they didn't say about this earlier. In additional, someone showed me the price lists. I shocked again what there are package of the Accessories and more kinds of ones.

  Actually, I paid the Accessories with 5% of the stamp duty. But, the financial manager calculated 3% of the stamp duty. I aggued the manager, but she said she was right. The funny things was that the sales manager said he would pay for the gap of the stamp duty. It has been already 10 days past. But, it doesn't refunded yet. Even though I left a message to her last Wednesday how was going on the refund.

  I had to walk out as they were scared to ask their manager (Neil) to work out a good deal. I didn't want the staff to put themselves down and feel low so i decided to just leave.

  Never believe their promotion(stamp duty and registration, green slip etc) that's tricked. That's why I have a bad experience.

  Anyway, whenever I checked the process to the manager about Something before I picked up the car, he said he was busy at moment or would check it, then he would call me back in 3~5 minutes. He never called back, I had had to call to check it again all the time.

  In conclusion I don't wanna recommend this agency to everyone. I can say to go the other agency.
