  Very bad customer service not satisfied at all:you go there for haircut got you to wait and while waiting other customer just come after you get to be served first and the hairdresser simply come and tell me that she can't attend me now i need to come later as got to do other people that came after me. How rude she is.That hairdresser doesn't have any customer service skills at all doesn't know value of customers and even send an email to the manager and still no response yet.

  Horrendous customer service. 2 women were at the back doing nothing while I was waiting. They clearly saw me and still ignored me.

  Got my eyebrows threaded and I told the lady not to take too much off. Just a tidy up.. And guess what she does...? I basically have 2 straight and thin lines of hair above my eyes. Not even worth the $9. It's cheap for a reason.

  I booked an appointment for makeup with my sister in law 5 days before a party. But 1day before our appointment received a phone call and been told they have to cancel my appointment or come 4 hours earlier than my appointed time. After I said no they fixed it and my appointment remain unchanged. I was not very happy about it. But on the day Mamta did a good job about our makeup. I feel my makeup was bit too much but still got impressed with the look. My sister in law's makeup looked beautiful. Love the hairstyles she and her team did. So all over a happy customer.

  Great service and results. The Indian beauty secrets inside Stockland mall at Merrylands is the best one I've been to. They always meet up to my expectations for my hair and face, I've never had a bad experience there. One of the staff Jessy is my favourite to do my face and eyebrows. Please visit them!!
