  The booking time for me to pick up the car is 10 am. However they were still washing the car when it was nearly 10:30. When we had to do the inspection, the whole car was still wet. I mean... how can someone possibly inspect the scratches of the car when it is wet? Later on when I got home, I found out some minor scratches on the car that were not being noted on the inspection form that I singed for. I really should have asked them to wipe the car dry when we had the inspection. Hopefully they are not going to give me any hard time when I return the car. The service of this place is not professional.

  Not shown how to use Truck. Booked for 2 days but got a call after 1 checking where the Truck was. No 1/2 day or weekend rates

  The car I was given was clean and in good condition, I have no complaints there. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. Despite being 'busy' (2 other people waiting in the queue) both times I visited here - to pick up and drop off, the three people responsible for serving customers appeared very lazy and lacked any urgency whatsoever.
